Founder and Chief Baking Officer, Hallie Diagne, has been delivering sweetness and delighting taste buds around the country with her unique, made from scratch, cake products since 2011. After years of custom cake creations, Hallie's transitioned her business to focus on non-custom creations in order to scale and deliver more sweets to a wider audience.

This unique idea was conceived during the unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic, when the future was uncertain and gathering for celebrations was no longer the norm.
For years, even prior to the pandemic, Hallie tirelessly searched for a unique way to share her cakes with the world – something unlike anything else on the market. After countless brainstorming sessions, trial & errors, and hours of research, the idea finally came to light. Rather than putting cake inside of a jar, where you can’t actually cut pieces to share with others, we wanted to ship a stand-alone cake that can be cut, served and enjoyed like any other cake! Using our proprietary tube packaging and insulation, we’re able to ship a beautiful, 4” layer cake that not only is kept insulated and fresh during shipping, but also protected from any unpredictable bumps along its journey.
Our goal with Cake Mail is to deliver sweetness and joy to the doorsteps of you, your friends and your family, no matter the location!

MOBILE CUPCAKE TRAILER
While Hallie's dream was never to open a physical bakery, she did want to expand in a unique fashion and in a way that would still allow her family some flexibility. What better way to get out in the community with her sweet treats than taking the cupcakes on wheels! The vintage cupcake trailer is a perfect way to display and serve Hallie's delicious treats for private events, weddings, birthdays, celebrations, and so much more!
